About the Institute
Swasthya Sadhana Kendra (SSK) is a not for–profit organization. It is a unit of Swasthya Chetna Pranyas (SCP), a non-government body, formed as a trust under Rajasthan Public Trust Act,1959. It is situated 5 KM away from the city and 10 KM from the Airport. It is housed in a large lush garden, having two main storey buildings. There are separate male and female wards, cottage wards, juice and diet centres, acupressure centre and a residence of a doctor-in-charge.
Treatments
Yoga means one’s union with the divine force, which brings total development and happiness in our life. It is the science, which teaches the methods to attain physical, physiological, psychological harmony in the body. It is an eightfold path consisting of Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahar, Dharna, Dhyana, Samadhi. The practice of yoga keeps the body healthy and produces exaltation of mental faculties, which further leads to spiritual perfection. The benefits are thus, both psychological and spiritual.
Accommodation
SSK provides peaceful, pollution-free and comfortable accommodation. We have accommodation facilities for patients as well as their caretakers. We have general wards for male and female, cottage wards and AC cottages. All rooms have basic furniture, attached bathroom and toilet facility along with uninterrupted electricity supply and water supply. Additionally, all rooms have air coolers and television facilities.
