Yoga means union with the divine force which brings total development and happiness in our life.
Yoga means union with the divine force that harmonizes the body, mind, and soul, bringing total development and happiness into our lives. It is an ancient science that teaches methods to achieve physical, physiological, psychological, and spiritual balance. The system of Yoga is based on an eightfold path—Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi—each stage leading to a higher level of awareness and self-control.
Regular practice of yoga keeps the body strong, flexible, and healthy. It helps improve posture, blood circulation, and the functioning of vital organs. Breathing techniques (Pranayama) enhance oxygen supply, calm the nervous system, and promote emotional stability. Meditation (Dhyana) helps reduce stress, anxiety, and restlessness, allowing the mind to experience inner peace and clarity.
For outdoor patients, yoga serves as a complementary therapy that supports recovery and strengthens the body’s natural healing power. It improves immunity, relieves chronic pain, enhances sleep quality, and boosts overall vitality. The gentle movements, when combined with proper breathing and relaxation, help restore energy balance and mental calmness.
At our centre, trained instructors guide patients through customized yoga sessions suited to their health conditions and capacities. The focus is not merely on physical exercise but on developing awareness, discipline, and inner harmony. Yoga becomes a lifestyle practice—helping one to remain balanced, positive, and self-reliant even beyond the period of treatment.
Thus, Yoga is not just a therapy but a way of life—a journey toward complete well-being, self-realization, and unity with the universal consciousness.
